Committee on Trustees
The Committee on Trustees assists the board with the development of governance policies and programs aimed to improve the efficiency of the board and engagement with its members.
The board has delegated authority to the committee to; develop, review and recommend revisions to the foundation’s governing documents; implement the foundation’s strategic initiatives; define and promote a shared understanding of the criteria, expectations and role of board members; recommend and manage committee assignments; conduct a board assessment annually; and recommend current and former board members for emeritus trustee status.
