Investment Committee
The Investment Committee assists the Board in overseeing Foundation investments.
The Board has delegated authority to the Committee to oversee the current-use fund and Foundation endowment assets in accordance with the Board-approved Investment Policy Statement and to review the asset allocation policy targets established for the endowment; the Committee has a fiduciary obligation to oversee the current-use fund, endowment and other assets of the Foundation and a responsibility to recommend an investment policy statement for adoption by the Board, including policy pertaining to investment.
The Committee will support the selection of the external investment firm(s) and oversee the investment manager(s) performance of the current-use and endowment funds.
