Investment Committee
The Investment Committee assists the board in overseeing UMCPF investments.
The board has delegated authority to the committee to: oversee the current use fund and foundation endowment assets in accordance with the board approved Investment Policy Statement; review the asset allocation policy targets established for the endowment; and the committee has a fiduciary obligation for overseeing the current use, endowment, and other assets of the foundation and responsibility for recommending an investment policy statement for adoption by the board, including policy pertaining to investment.
The committee will support the selection of the external investment firm(s) and oversee the investment manager(s) performance of the current use and endowment funds.
