The Board has delegated authority to the Committee to: develop, review and recommend revisions to the Foundation’s governing documents; implement the Foundation’s strategic initiatives; define and promote a shared understanding of the criteria, expectations and role of Board members; recommend and manage committee assignments; conduct a board assessment annually; and recommend current and former Board members for Emeritus Trustee status. ### Chair: Christine Fisher - **Christine G.
